Sproket and Gear came up in the search results, not heard of them before but it was not a high value item so didn't feel a risk on my part - service was great, product delivered quickly, as described and at a good price. This is the first time that I've "gone tubeless" but it went just great. I watched the "Muc-off How To" video again and it worked a treat. I was a little concerned as I didn't have access to a high volume air source but the TLR tyres fitted ok and I inflated them with my track pump. The only problem that I had was that I didn't tighten the valve collar on one wheel enough and it had gone down by the next morning. The instructions say not to over-tighten the collar as it has an o-ring but I was obviously a bit too cautious. I tightened the valve collar and inflated the tyre and it's been just fine.
I have used Sprocket & Gear a number of times and always found the site really easy to use with no dead-ends or going round in circles which is common. Most recently I called the office to check on something. The phone was answered quickly and the call handler listened and provided a quick solution which, resulted in in me places another order. All around very good service.
Service was spot.
I had been finding it a challenge to find the Chain Ring I needed, but Sprocket and Gear came up with the goods.
Will definitely use them again.
